I Feel & Look The Same. Like Shit!

WATER RETENTION FROM EXCESSIVE ALCOHOL IS KILLING ME. IT IS FUCKIN BAD I SWEAR. Even my mum asked why my face was so bloated.. obviously i couldnt tell her the truth that i drank myself silly!!!!!!!! It ALWAYS happens after my heavy boozing sessions. sigh sigh sigh. plus a hangover.

i need to cut down on boozing & get down to more exercise.

I am determined to eat healthy now. I googled. Exercise, whole fruits ( better than fruit juices ) & vegetables helps to reduce water retention!!!!!!!!!!!

I gotta feelin that tonight's gonna be a good night.

WOOHOOO. Me, eneida & nat decided to head back SOHO for a look-see-say-hi session yesterday & it was the best decision made!!!! It was mad fun to see all our ex-colleagues & the amount of free booze i had ( be it on the house or from random guys) was as good. HA.

I had my first freakin bar top BJ. It was crazy!! The amount of whipped cream can easily make me put on another KG or somethin man. and they actually gave me about 3 secs of tequila in the midst because they said i was too slow??? BOO! All in all, a good once in a lifetime ( i hope! ) experience. lol. Now I learn, GOOD FRIENDS ARE OUT TO SABO YOU!!

Ps. Jeffry even wanted to get me 151 which was crazy & i violently rejected him.

Hmm..shopping yesterday was kinda awesome though i spent quite a bit & had a MAJOR headache on half the time i was out ( till i took panadol ). It was the worst headache i've ever had, i even teared & puked in the mall's toilet. THAT BAD. i dont know if its migraine or what, but it sucks la. Today i woke up with another splitting headache, i took panadols again:( what's wrong with me??
